David Grier Talk: Challenging Times

We believe that it is important to provide students with opportunities that will inspire them to look beyond their boundaries, and give them courage to dream of a future beyond their daily challenges and limitations. In order to support Ikhwili, our exchange school in the Eastern Cape, in funding their trip to Cape Town in 2020, we have embarked on numerous fundraising initiatives, and we are grateful for the overwhelming support we have received thus far. To this end, we are excited to announce that we will be hosting a talk by David Grier, an inspirational speaker and adventurer, on Tuesday 15 October at 18:00 in the school hall. In support of our efforts, David Grier has generously waived his fee, and all proceeds will be donated towards bringing Ikhwili Grade 7s to Cape Town.
